Fill in Shipping Details, select payment mode and submit.
If you select Paypal as a mode of payment, you will be redirected to a Paypal's secure payment page.
On Payment page select Credit Card type, fill in card details. If your shipping address is different from your billing address please ensure to change with your billing address.

REGULAR SHIPPING:
We dispatch orders received with "REGULAR" shipping by Royal Mail First Class provided your payment has been authorised and subject to availability.
SPECIAL DELIVERY:
Orders received with "SPECIAL DELIVERY" will be sent by Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY excluding Weekend and Bank Holidays, on the day we receive your order (provided your payment has been authorized, cheques cleared or postal orders received by us), subject to availability. If any item or all items are out of stock, pending items will be ship by Royal Mail First Class. Special Delivery "Next Day" service is only offered for all orders received between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, before 12 noon the previous working day.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING:
Shipping Costs to countries other than the United Kingdom would depend on the weight of the package and destination. All orders are mailed through the UK Postal Service. Order received with regular post will be mail by regular Air Mail Service and 'International Sign For' will be mail by 'Sign For' service where customer will be issued with tracking number. We do not take responsibility for customs duty levied on the merchandise.
SIGN-FOR DELIVERY:
A special Sign-For delivery service is also provided in addtion to standard deliveries within the EU (excluding the UK, where both standard delivery service as well as special delivery service is in place), US & Canada & Other countries whereby a tracking number will be provided by Royal Mail which will be sent via electronic mail to the relevent customer, once goods are dispatched.
Customers outside of the EU
Goods sold by Vedique.com that are dispatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU V.A.T. When ordering goods from Vedique.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Vedique.com, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We accept payment by Credit Cards, Money Orders (minimum order 100 USD or Euro), Banker's Draft (minimum order 100 USD or Euro). From UK customers we also accept payment by Cheque or Postal Orders.

Vedique will accept the Money Orders, Banker's Draft, Cheque or Postal Orders from the Consumer in good faith and will despatch the order subject to realisation.

Return Policy
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of items bought, provide it is returned in original packing and returned within seven working days of the day after the date the order is received. For hygiene reasons, our return policy does not apply to any products in Soft furnishings & Jewellery section. Any products sold in these categories are excluded from our return or refund policy. The cost of shipping the goods back to Vedique Limited is to be paid by the customer only.
Returns after seven working days will not be accepted. Items opened cannot be returned. Items must be return in original over-wrapped by company. Repacked item are not acceptable. Refund will be issued within 30 days on purchase of goods only and not on shipping.
Returning items must be send by 'Recorded Delivery' for order value under £28 and ' Special Delivery' for order value above £28 for a UK address. 'International Sign For' by Europe and World Customers. Vedique.com does not take any responsibility for loss of items if sent by regular mail.
Postage and packaging charges on Returned items are not refundable, unless the error was on our part, at the time of purchase (not including or limited to any transit damages). Any Items lost or damaged in transit, will be reimbursed, once we have settled our claim with Royal Mail. As per the terms and condition of Royal Mail, we cannot submit a claim prior to 15 working days for UK addresses and 25 working days for International address from the date of shipping.

How will it be delivered?
All items destined for a UK address will be dispatched by regular Royal Mail or any order over 30.00 will be deliver by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.
All items destined for Europe and World address will be dispatched by regular Royal Air Mail or any order over £30.00 will be deliver by Royal Mail 'International Sign For' service.
How long will it take to arrive?
Normally you should receive your order between 3 to 5 working days in UK and 7 to 10 working days in overseas from the date of shipping.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
You will be notified by e-mail once your order is dispatched. Any order lost in transit will be reimbursed once we have settled the claim with Royal Mail. As per the terms and condition of Royal Mail we cannot submit a claim prior to 15 working days for UK addresses and 25 working days for International address from the date of shipping.
