Postage and packaging charges on Returned items are not refundable, unless the error was on our part, at the time of purchase (not including or limited to any transit damages). Any Items lost or damaged in transit, will be reimbursed, once we have settled our claim with Royal Mail. As per the terms and condition of Royal Mail, we cannot submit a claim prior to 15 working days for UK addresses and 25 working days for International address from the date of shipping.
